Resolution Passed at the 21 ^st Biennial National Delegates Congress held at the Diocesan Pastoral and Training Centre (DPTC), Koforidua Diocese.

We, the delegates of the 21 ^st Biennial National Delegates Congress, gathered at the Diocesan Pastoral and Training Center (DPTC), Koforidua Diocese, from 7 ^th to 10 ^th August 2025 under the theme: Jubilee year: Our time to proclaim Christ, Bring Hope, Reconciliation, Forgiveness, and Renewal to COSRA, the Church and Ghana. Hereby resolve to:

1.  Strengthen Religious and Social Integration, and Membership Growth.

For this resolution, we commit ourselves to

a.  Organize yearly Spiritual and Leadership retreats for both leaders and members at all levels to foster unity, commitment to the ideals of the group, and enhance our shared vision.

b.  Implement visitation and outreach programs to reconnect with and reintegrate inactive members and welcome new members.

c.  Organize inter and intra-faith dialogue to shape the view of members along the Christian way of life

2.  Promote Economic Development, Livelihood Support and Sustainability to members of the group

For the second resolution, we commit ourselves to

a.  Provide targeted capacity-building in Technical, vocational education and training (TVET) and other areas for members and the youth to enhance competence and productivity.

b.  Establish structured career guidance and mentorship initiatives to support members.

c.  Organize workshops on entrepreneurship and financial literacy.

3.  Educate members on our mandate and Identity and inculcate the Catholic Social Teachings to members and the youth.

For the third resolution, we commit ourselves to

a.  Volunteer and actively support church activities and programs with a special focus on Hospitality Ministry

b.  Facilitate teachings on COSRA’s mission, values, and the catholic social teaching.

Organize leadership training sessions covering report writing, time management, financial reporting, and other essential administrative skills.
