Enshrined in the Holy book is to care for the needy; especially orphans and widows. Christ The King Cathedral COSRA, Sunyani chose the later to serve this year. the group as part of Christmas gathered food items to the tune of over GH 3,000.00 to needy widows they could identify in their communities. In all, 30 people were identified and presented with rice, tin fish, cooking oil, and cash in some cases. the president encouraged individual members too to make others smile in this season of Christmas.
This happened after they initiated twelve(12) new members on 8th December, 2021. The initiation was done by Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Asare Bediako during their meeting. The new members attended Mass on Sunday 12th to give thanks to the Lord after going through months of preparation to become full members.
