The Sekondi-Takoradi Diocese last weekend at Sacred Heart parish, Aboso, as part of the 50th anniversary. Organised a quiz competition on some aspect of the Catholic faith and the Bible. This was moderated by Rev Fr. Albei Kissi Ernim of Sacred Heart, Aboso
After rounds of hot contest, the following results came up:
1st – Sacred Heart, Aboso
2nd – St. Matthew’s, Tarkwa
3rd – St. Francis Xavier, Prestea
4th – Star of the Sea Cathedral, Takoradi
5th – St. Peter’s, New Takoradi
It must be noted that Immaculate Conception, Asankragwa had a funeral so they couldn’t attend the program.
Certificates were awarded to the participating parishes and the 3 members who won for their parish were given a GHS50.00 cash price donated by the host parish.
