The Catholic Organisation for Social and Religious Advancement (COSRA) is an adult youth movement in the Holy Catholic Church in Ghana and traces its roots of establishment to Ghana, hence practically appreciates the peculiar needs of the Ghanaian for that matter the African youth and poses the right tools to address the social, economic, political and religious needs of young people.

The group appeals to all manner of people irrespective of race or tribe, educational status, language to become a member and provides an equal platform for fruitful deliberation without discrimination. Membership of COSRA is open to all Catholics who are 18 years and above (no upper limit). The group combines YOUTHFUL dynamism and adult maturity which is reflected in its line of programming to meet the needs of all members. Many young Catholics now have a sense of not only belonging, but more importantly, a sense of mission with their association with COSRA.
